Eligible for Replacement:

The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

You received the wrong product

The item is missing parts or accessories as described

The product is eligible under our manufacturer warranty, where applicable

Replacement Window:

Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.

Pickup and Processing:

Once approved, our team will arrange for pickup of the item (wherever applicable)

Upon receiving and verifying the product, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days

Non-Replacement Items:

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Products returned without original packaging or tags

Customized or used items

Items replaced after the valid time window

Exchange Option:

In case the same item is not available, we may offer an exchange for a similar product or provide a store credit/voucher.
